I’m an AASECT-Certified Sex Educator and Continuing Education Credit Provider, with over 200 hours of specialized training in sex, sexual function, kink, relationships, identity, and trauma through the Institute of Sexuality Education and Enlightenment.

Since 2021 when I opened Earth and Salt in Burlington, VT, I’ve helped people from all walks of life navigate sex, relationships, health, and pleasure—with curiosity, compassion, and expert guidance.
4. Personal Experience
I have personally dealt with opening my relationship, experienced sexually-impactful, chronic health issues, reformed my own people-pleasing tendencies, and struggled with the impacts of fatphobia and diet culture.
