The fee is $90 USD per phone or video chat session.

All clients will fill out a credit card authorization form, which the Coach will then use to process payment for each session at the completion of the session.

Card data will be stored securely and deleted 6 months after the end of coaching sessions.

The Client understands that the Coach does not accept insurance or negotiate with insurers, and that the Coach’s services are likely not reimbursed by any insurer. The Client is financially responsible for their session(s) and agrees to pay the charges incurred. The Coach does not accept partial payment or waive payment. There are no refunds on any completed sessions for any reason.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULES

Client agrees that it is the Client's responsibility to notify the Coach 24 hours in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings if they need to cancel or reschedule. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to the Client and is held exclusively for the Client.

If the Client is late for a session, they will lose that amount of session time; it will not be made up. Clients will be billed for the full cost of the session even for partial sessions.

Coach reserves the right to bill Client the full cost of the session for a missed meeting. Coach will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting.
