Sex and intimacy coaching
Change is possible, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Through coaching you can unlock greater pleasure, build confidence, and create the fulfilling, enjoyable sex life you deserve.
What is S+I coaching?
Sometimes you don’t want to invest in a long-term process, you just need the right support to navigate a specific question or challenge.
These short-term coaching engagements, typically 1-4 sessions, are designed for individuals and couples who want practical tools, expert guidance, and fresh perspective around sex, relationships, intimacy, or pleasure.
Together, we’ll focus on what’s happening right now, identify what may be getting in the way, and create actionable steps to help you move forward.
Topics might include desire differences, communication, sexual confidence, orgasm challenges, reconnecting with desire, body image, sex toys, or navigating changes in your sex life or relationship.
Come with a question, a challenge, or simply something you’d like to change.
And you don’t need to have the right words at the start. We’ll figure it out together.

Pleasure-centered
There are many ways to define a truly satisfying sexual experience. For me, the measure of quality is the depth, intensity, and caliber of pleasure experienced—and the meaningful connection that makes that pleasure possible.
Certified Support
I am an AASECT-Certified Sex Educator, and Continuing Education Credit Provider. My training was through the Institute of Sexuality Education and Enlightenment, where I received over 200 hours of training on sex, sexual function, kink, relationships, identity, and trauma.
Real World Experience
I help people daily, from diverse walks of life, with their sex, relationship, health, and pleasure questions, and have done so since 2021 at the Earth and Salt brick and mortar store in Burlington, VT.
Personal Experience
I have personally dealt with opening my relationship, experienced sexually-impactful health issues, reformed my own people-pleasing tendencies, and struggled with the impacts of fatphobia and diet culture.

The Process:
We start with a free 15 minute virtual consultation, where you'll share with me where you are at and where you are hoping to go. I'll tell you a bit more about coaching, and we'll decide then if we want to work together.
The first session after the consult is all about understanding the context and history of your current situation, and figuring out a goal or two that we want to work toward.
From there, we will typically meet biweekly (cadence is adjustable to your schedule) and work through an iterative process of discussion, identifying road blocks, and crafting small interventions. You will then get to spend time between sessions trying out new habits, rituals, ways of connecting, or learning about a topic. And we go on from there!
Have a One-Off Question Instead of a Goal?
If you have only a question or two that you want to discuss with a trained expert, coaching works for that too! I'm glad to do one-off sessions with you, and continue meeting if that seems useful after the fact.
How Long Does Coaching Last?
For many of my clients, coaching is a short-term intervention, often lasting 1-4 sessions. There is no time limit though, and I will meet with you for as long as it is useful and continues to move you towards your goal(s).
How Much Does Coaching Cost?
$150 for individuals for a 50 minute session, and $180 for couples for a 50 minute session.
